Thank you for making your reservation at Bastion. We offer an eight course tasting menu only. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part, or is cancelled by you with less than 72 hours notice, a cancellation fee of full menu price per person not attending will be charged to the card provided.

The Bastion Restaurant Experience is a multi course tasting menu with an optional carefully curated wine pairing to match. Please allow two and half hours to fully enjoy this experience. We kindly ask that guests arrive at 7pm and be on time as this is a collective dining experience, service will start 15 minutes after the booking time.

Please note we only serve one tasting menu and are unable to accommodate allergies or intolerances or likes/dislikes.

We kindly ask if you could be on time for your reservation so as no one guest is left waiting to dine with us, as all our guests are served food collectively here at Bastion.

We don't have a dress code as we would like our guests to be able to express their own individual style. However, we find the majority of our guests like to dress smartly and we appreciate it too!

Children
As we are a small 36 seater Restaurant, we unfortunately do not accommodate Children under 12 years of age. Children over 12 are welcome on the premises however we do ask that they participate in our eight course tasting menu. We do not have child friendly facilities and we wish to respect all of our diners experience.

Food & Drink
Ingredients:
We use the finest ingredients available to us and the best of what the season has to offer.

Alcohol:
We offer a curated wine menu. Non-alcoholic drink options are also available. (We do not offer beer or spirits.) A suggested wine pairing is available for our Tasting menu.

Reservations:
Our online reservations is on a rolling 30 day timeframe.

We accept bookings online through our third party, Res Diary and also directly over the phone ( 021-4709696) where we can put your reservation into Res Diary for you, In both cases, Credit Card details are required to secure your booking with us.

Only upon completion of your booking on Res Diary, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a unique reference number, confirming your reservation. Credit Card details are held securely through a third party (Stripe).

Waiting List:
Should we not have availability on your desired date, you can add your name to the waiting list on Res Diary and should a cancellation arise, we will be in touch via phone or email. By being on our Waiting List, it does not guarantee you a table.
