Our aim at Bastion is constant evolution. We have recently taken pause to look back on our last two and a half years and noticed since we opened we have been tweaking the way we prepare, cook, plate, offer & serve and as a result tweaking the experience our guests have with us. The kitchen & front of house are always striving to offer our guests an interesting dining experience.
Bastion is currently running a seven course tasting menu which runs along side our concise al a carte menu. Our tasting menu is there to offer guests an opportunity to explore food they would not ordinarily try.We offer an optional wine pairing to accompany our tasting again to let guests taste wines they might not normally venture towards.
We have over a hundred wines on the list and it is always growing, a selection of these which would normally be prohibitively too expensive to offer by the glass are now available by the glass thanks to our coravin system we look to add wines that will compliment our ever changing menu.1
